Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, students are expected to be able to:
Understand the content of the reading passage assigned to the students.
Identify V2 (past) in the reading passage.
Know how to use Scribble and VoiceThread.
Use or annotate the reading passage with Scribble.
Use VoiceThread for sequenced story based on the reading passage.
Activity:
Pre: Introduction (15 minutes)
Greeting and Introduction
Ask students to access their university email account and/or the weebly (class) website.
Explain the topic of the lesson and learning activities
Whilst: (90 minutes)
Activity I (25 minutes)
Introduce scribble
Have students to explore scribble
Read a passage using scribble
Activity II (25 minutes)
Introduce VoiceThread
Demonstrate how to use VoiceThread
Students explore VoiceThread
Activity III (40 minutes)
Use the previous reading passage in scribble to discuss about a certain folklore.
Find pictures related to the theme of the reading passage.
Create a sequenced story using pictures based on the reading passage or folklore.
Post: (15 minutes)
Ask students of the materials taught
Summarize the learning materials
Have students to submit their works.

UNIT 2 (Audacity)
TOPIC: News Broadcasting (Radio)

Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, students are expected to be able to:
Use V2 (past) in real context
Demonstrate news broadcasting by using Audacity
Activity:
Pre: Introduction (15 minutes)
Greeting and Introduction
Ask students to access their university / email account or the weebly website (class).
Explain the topic of the lesson and learning activities
Whilst: (90 minutes)
Activity I (25 minutes)
Listen to sample news broadcasting
Identify the language use
Identify verbs (past tense)
Discuss the content of news
Activity II (25 minutes)
Set up audacity
Introduce audacity
Explore recording simple phrases, for example, using the apps and try to edit, add and cut background music, voice, and many more.
Activity III (40 minutes)
Find or create a headline news, max. 1 paragraph.
Find and download sounds to add into the broadcast.
In group or pair, record and edit news broadcasting
Share and discuss with other groups or peers.
Post: (15 minutes)
Ask students of the materials taught / evaluation.
Summarize the learning materials
Have students to submit their works.

Traveling
UNIT 3 (Blogger & Pixton Comics)
TOPIC: Traveling
SKILL : Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing
Time Allotted : 2 hour(s)
Level: Intermediate (3rd semester undergraduate - EFL)
Methods: Cooperative Learning, Communicative Language Teaching, Task-Based Approach
Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, students are expected to be able to:
Create and use blog as media for creative writing
Create sequenced story based on their traveling experience using Pixton Comics
Activity:
Pre: Introduction (15 minutes)
Greeting and Introduction
Ask students to access their university / email account or the weebly website (class).
Explain the topic of the lesson and learning activities
Whilst: (90 minutes)
Activity I (25 minutes)
Discuss in pairs or groups about their experience traveling.
Introduce blog and have students create their own blogs.
Have them decide the design, background and the layout of their blogs
Activity II (25 minutes)
Access Pixon Comics website
Explore Pixton Comics and demonstrate how to create a comic series.
Have students to create a sample individually
Activity III (40 minutes)
Once the blogs are set, have students to write down their experience in the blogs and add pictures
Create illustration of their traveling experience by using Pixton Comic with the dialogue boxes.
Share to one another to give feedback and revise, where possible.
Once their blogs are ready, have them to share to their Facebook accounts or other social media to have more readers or views.
Post: (15 minutes)
Ask students of the materials taught
Summarize the learning materials
Have students to submit their works.
Assign students to post on their blogs about their daily activities in a week.
